2 Superior Taste Awards for NIREUS’ Meagre & Pagrus (Common seabream)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

NIREUS’ two new products, Meagre and Pagrus (Common seabream), received the Superior Taste Award 2017 by International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi), the world’s leading organization dedicated to testing and promoting superior food and drink products. The evaluation process was held in Brussels in April 2017.

NIREUS’ Meagre was awarded with 3 gold stars, the highest possible distinction equivalent to exceptional taste.

NIREUS’ Pagrus (Common seabream) received 2 gold stars, a very high distinction corresponding to a remarkable taste.

The “Superior Taste Award” is the only stamp of quality in taste granted by food and drink opinion leaders that are Michelin starred Chefs and Sommeliers. The iTQi jury, regrouping 17 different nationalities, is composed of members of prestigious culinary institutions of Europe. Their evaluation is based on blind tasting according to a rigorous sensory analysis procedure.
