Sea bream with wine and cherry tomatoes

  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 2 whole sea breams
  • 2 cloves of garlic, thinly chopped
  • ½ chili pepper, thinly chopped
  • 400 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbs white wine
  • 50 gr capers
  • Parsley, thinly chopped

1.    Heat up half the olive oil in a wide, deep pan.
2.    Place the fish inside and roast for 4-5 minutes.
3.    Turn the fish over, add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
4.    Then add the chili, tomatoes, wine and cook for 1 minute.
5.    Add 100 ml water, salt and pepper.
6.    Put a lid over and boil for 15 minutes.
7.    As soon as the fish is ready, place them in a dish for serving.
8.    Add the capers, parsley in the pan and boil over high heat for 1 minute.
9.    Serve the fish with the sauce poured over.
